**To join our waitlist, please first pay the $50 deposit fee, then complete and submit the application form. Please note that without this payment, your submission will not be processed, and you will not be added to the waitlist—even if the application portion is filled out.**

Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Fluffity Frenchies, but it does not guarantee a puppy. While it’s unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time. Joining the waitlist has a fee of $50. This is non refundable.This secures your spot in the order it was received. Please click the link at the top of the page to submit your deposit fee.

APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT: Applications are processed in the order they are received. Please note our puppies start at $4500 and above. Price is set after puppies are born. A few weeks after the birth of a litter, approved homes will be contacted to make $1000 non-refundable deposit on a puppy/litter. Contacts will be made in the order approved applications were received. If you do not want a puppy from that litter, your deposit can be held and applied to a future litter.

YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be chosen in deposit order. Fluffity Frenchies does reserve the right for first pick of a litter. We ask that you make a choice within 72 hours of notification since there may be other families waiting for a chance to choose. If we do not hear from you within 4 days of us contacting you, we will move onto the next wait list applicant.

CONTRACT: We have a contract that will be sent to you once you’ve selected a puppy. It will need to be filled out and signed. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy. The contract is available on this website to view in advance.

REGISTRATION PAPERS: All of our puppies can be registered with the AKC. Registrations are limited AKC, unless otherwise advertised, discussed and agreed upon. Limited AKC means they are pets and you are not allowed to breed at any time, for any reason. Breeding your limited puppy without purchasing Full AKC rights goes against the puppy contract which is signed at purchase and Breeder will require $1000 for each puppy born from the dog purchased without breeding rights.
